Bad Flash Bar — Restaurant in Prague

I've been with my friends to this bar 3 times. The first time everything normal. The second time we ran into a group of drunk people sitting near our table harassing us. The third time was last night and...aside from the undrinkable raspberry flavored beer (without any doubt the worst beer I've ever had here in the Czech Republic), the surprise came when it was time to pay. Yeah, because the two bartenders demanded that I pay for chips which my friends and I had neither received nor consumed. I repeated several times to the two barmen that I had only ordered one beer and that I was supposed to pay only for that one, but they didn't want to hear any reason and kept insisting saying "it's not our problem, the problem is yours, you must pay for the chips!". After a heated discussion, it turned out to be their mistake in the end as we actually did not receive any chips. One of the two apologized but that doesn't change anything. What you lack are fairness and good manners! You cannot behave this way with customers! 1 star is more than deserved, but if I could I would put 0 stars! Never again!!

UPDATE: I'm just noticing that you charged my credit card 139 Kč for a f*g awful 0,3 beer....

There are way better breweries in Prague. They have 6-7 beers on tap, I liked Budvar 11.9 more than others, if you like lager kinds of beers you might like it also. Keep in mind that they don't have any food options except some snacks. And i gave one point for service because there is hardly any table service. There were only 2 people working so they couldn't really do much. But the highlight of my day was when the waiter was swering behind us just because we changed our table and left the one a little messy. He was literally just one meter behind us. When we didn't leave any tips he was swearing behind our back again. Another thing is that, it seems like you can reserve a table on their website but when you go there they say that they don't care about reservations. So you might not even be able to sit if you go there with friends. I definitely don't...

Bad Flash used to be a cool bar with a rotating selection of beers and friendly staff. I came many times with friends to sample all their beers, and staff was fine with us ordering takeout to the bar or bringing food from a nearby restaurant. I went yesterday and had a salad with me. The guy very rudely told me I couldn't eat it. Ok fine. I stopped eating it but he then yelled at me 2 more times saying "don't eat that salad!! seriously!!" Extremely unfriendly. They also seem to have only the same beers now. No interesting variety. Even their famous mango chili beer didn't taste as good as I remembered. And they don't take card anymore. Seems like everything here has gone downhill. We were planning to spend the whole evening there but left after 1 beer. There are lots of better, friendlier bars in the area that I will go to next...
