ORGANIC SUSHI — Restaurant in Prague

This place is away from the city center and around 15 minutes walk from the Vysehrad park. It is a true hidden gem of a local neighborhood. Interior looks very stylish and, at the same time, giving you a home-like feel. Background music and overall atmosphere is quite chilling. Now to the point - sushi.

Today we've ordered big 38 pieces set that was delivered to our table shortly afterwards (should also admit we were first and only visitors at this moment). There was an introduction made about all types of sushi on the plate and their components' origin, amplifying our appetite.

I've been to many sushi places in Prague but this one is simply the best. Not only the quality of the product but also size of each sushi - when in some places you would still feel hungry after 20+ pieces, here I was filling full and delighted. Definitely a good place to have some sushi in Prague. But not a big one, we've seen just 3 tables. And maybe a little bit darker than it could be. I'd rate sushi as 4.5* according to a pretty strong scale where 5* are maybe just some places is North California. What could be slightly better is the quality of rice, it's a little bit clumbly, and the thickness of tuna slices)). But! really very fresh components, especially salmon and tuna, and looks like no additional salt or monosodium glutamate, so their name "Organic sushi" looks correct. Also very nice service. Wow what a lucky find, we happened to be staying close to this place and were in the mood for sushi. This place is amazing!!

First, they pay serious attention to how every ingredient is sourced.

Second, they have made some creative and thoughtful innovations, such as their take on Wasabi.

The seafood soup should not be missed.

The sashimi is melt in your mouth delicious.

Even still water is provided in a carafe with a meteorite sourced charcoal filter.
