Pizza Joy — Restaurant in Prague

Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant was extremely disappointing.

I ordered a pizza that specifically includes cranberry sauce as one of its main ingredients, and that’s exactly why I chose it. When it arrived, the sauce was completely missing, changing the taste and ruining the meal. I contacted support right away, providing a photo and proof of the issue.

The initial compensation offered was just 20 CZK, which I found insulting. After some back and forth, they increased it to 50 CZK, still far from fair. This amount doesn’t reflect the value of the missing ingredient, the ruined experience, or the time wasted.

Customer service in Wolt was limited and unable to resolve the situation in a professional way. There was no real effort to make things right or to retain me as a loyal customer.

If you care about good service and basic respect as a paying customer, I suggest you think twice before ordering here. You’re not just losing a sale, you’re losing trust, recommendations, and...

If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5. We ordered many times from here pizza and burgers, and we will continue to order. In some of the ocasions the pizza and the burger were perfect. In some the salami pizza had a strange salami on it (in our opinion), and some of the times the meat in the burger was rare. Especially when ordering the 200g option. Sometimes the burger lacks some souces it is supposed to have, sometimes it is perfect. So it is a bit of a luck thing for us if the food will be 5 or 4 starts worthy, But it will...

Horrible service, 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I just wanted a slice of pizza that was labelled as 30 kc price.
