Save Your Money – Go Literally Anywhere Else

If you enjoy bad drinks, rude staff, and being accused of ordering things you never asked for, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and don’t sponsor this disaster with your money.

The staff here tried to charge us for two extra beers we never ordered. We explained what we had, clearly and politely. But of course, they suddenly developed selective hearing and acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. Cue a dramatic scene over beers we never touched. Classy.

Then came the best part: we were told to speak English. Great – we switched to English. Only to find out… the staff don’t actually speak English themselves. Truly next-level comedy.

And just when you think it couldn’t get any more embarrassing, they threw in some lovely xenophobic comments, telling us we should “learn Czech” – while we were speaking Czech the entire time. Bravo.

The food? Forgettable. The drinks? Barely drinkable. The attitude? Straight out of a bad sitcom.

Seriously, go anywhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your time, money,...

Rude and Discriminatory Service — Avoid

The location is beautiful, nestled in a lovely park — but sadly, that’s where the positives end. The service at this cafe has been consistently rude and aggressive, especially toward foreigners. I’m not the only one saying this — many other reviews point to the same pattern of disrespect and hostility.

What’s even more frustrating is that management seems more focused on replying to negative reviews with justifications than actually addressing the problems. Instead of fixing the behavior of the staff, they continue to defend it.

The food and drinks are of poor quality, and the overall atmosphere is unwelcoming. It feels like the bar either intentionally treats non-locals this way or simply doesn’t care — assuming locals will accept any level of service.

If you want to be a public venue, act like one. Either fix the customer service or be honest about who you don’t want as guests. Until then, I strongly advise others to spend their time and...

They tried to charge us 514 crowns instead of 406 (just by randomly inputting the incorrect amount into the card payment terminal). Then they tried to add the 2nd beer to the bill, claiming that now it should be 460 :) And only then agreed to charge the whole amount back (and we still had to pay the correct bill again). Disgusting. (P.S. the bill was settled later by them and I got my money back, but that's mostly because I can communicate in Czech and...
