Pho Viet — Restaurant in Prague

Has changed a bit since the last time I was here. Prices have been raised and portions are smaller, and the food was over salted. But that's not the worst of it. Upon ordering we were asked if it was take-away or dine-in, we asked to dine in and almost as soon as we got the words out, we heard a loud and long grumble from one of the two people working there. There was silence besides that. The entire time after giving and paying for our order we were ignored , even when my boyfriend kindly asked them (in Czech) if there were any napkins. My family was craving for some Asian soupy food and decided on this Vietnamese place after searching for food places near us (there are many more Vietnamese restaurant nearby). For 4 of us, we ordered 3 Phos (106kc each) and Vegetable rolls (89kc). We asked for an extra bowl (porcelain bowl, not take away) and the lady angrily told us no and wanted to charge us 5kc for that bowl. So ridiculous! Comfort food. Last day in Prague and we needed some comfort food. Stayed at Magical Apt and saw this place which is a dive. Watched him make Pho and was scared. When we got it WOW that broth was so good and authentic. Better than Pho places in Toronto. Chilis, Corriander, Real McCoy. The raw beef was not raw but that's ok. 109kr was ok price but not bargain. Family was very satisfied. Other rice dishes much cheaper at around 85. Enough to eat but not stuff. Highly recommended after eating all that bread dumpling/pork...
