Tiki Taky Bar — Restaurant in Prague

New favourite spot!

Came here because of the beautiful decor and atmospere and stayed because of the delicious drinks.

I really love the whole vibe of the place, the bar has only about 30 seats so it’s not over crowded even though it was busy.

The service is amazing, since the drink offer is huge, the server/bartender was very patient and gave us recommendations based on what alcohol we like and her suggestion was spot on! The drinks were delicious and what surprised me the most were the prices, you can’t get a drink for 130,- anywhere else. You also get a huge portion of fruit garnish which my bofriend appreciated

This place is really 1000/10 in every aspect and we will be back

EDIT: Unfortunately I have to change my review from 5 stars to 1 after today’s experience. The drinks were amazing as per usual but the waitress with pig tails was the WORST. I am a server myself so I understand that sometimes you can be stressed, but this was unlike anything I’ve experienced.So rude right from the start, ruined the whole vibe and after finishing our drink we waited at the table with empty glasses for 15 minutes (yes we counted) while she was behind bar on her phone. From other reviews I can see that this is happening very often and I am sad that someone like this is working at this beautiful place and ruining the business, because we will not be back. Actually, the bar is very good and the atmosphere is great, but the only thing that ruins this wonderful vibe is the Czech waitress (unfortunately I don’t know her name and I don’t want to know). No matter how many times I come here, she is always dissatisfied with something, she’s very rude and unpleasant.

The last time I went there was on June 23rd with my friends. I ordered a cocktail, and there was a light-colored hair in it — clearly not mine or my friends’ since we all have dark hair. I went up to her and said I found a hair in my cocktail, and she replied, “And what do you want me to do with this?” with a look on her face as if I had just spat in her face. I’m SORRY, WHAT?!??? Then she added, “You’re showing me this hair like you’ve never seen a hair before.” I just don’t understand how you can talk to customers like that. I can understand almost everything, like anything can happen, but she could’ve react another way, and it would be fine for me.

An apology for the fact that there was SOMEONE’S hair in MY cocktail would have been enough. It was extremely unpleasant. Please choose your staff more carefully because the place itself is very atmospheric. Unfortunately, I have no desire to come back anymore. Bad experience, arrogant owner and stuff We had a nice evening with friends and as we stay in the hotel near by when we visit Prague, we went for a beer in this bar. We were served beer but after that the bartender which I think is also the owner, became arrogant and start telling us that he don't have the time for us as they are making cocktails and we are not fitting well in his place. We were never treated like that anywhere in Prague or elsewhere. I didn't like such treatment so I started speaking with him which resulted in pushing me by his girlfriend. After that the other bartender silently called the police and he pushed me more to provoke me to go after him outside, so perhaps that I would start the fight with him or similar so we would look bad people in front of the Police. Soon after came three police cars like we were robbing a bank or something ^^ but the Police very soon saw that we didn't do anything bad and we were happy to go...
