I had an odd experience. When you arrive, there’s a display with the meals they have as lunch menu. The portion sizes seemed rather small, especially for the price. I asked the waitress if those were actual meal sizes as it looked like a tasting menu. She told me no, that the small portions were there for display purposes only. My colleague and I chose the same meal and sat down. We waited for around 15 minutes and then the food arrived. However, it was me that pointed out that my colleagues portion was half the size of mine. When we looked at the display table, the meal we had chosen was no longer there and I have a reason to think it was my colleague, who recived this display meal that had been sitting there for an unknown period of time. I tried my food and it actually tasted really well, but ut was somewhat cold. In the end, my plate was reheated, my colleague’s plate was replaced with a much larger portion and the food was great. It’s hard to take a positive or a negative stand, bacause yes, they made a mistake but at the same time they solved it in our favor. Either way, the place is next to my work and I don’t go there, because A) it’s way more expensive compared to other lunch menus in the area and B) I cannot get rid of this image that they would serve a stale Parmegiana. On the plus side, the place looks nice and it seems that the...
Read moreWhen you are going to the breakfast/ brunch place, you expect to eat something that you are not able to cook at your own kitchen, with a good atmosphere and spirit of the place, that will cheer you up until the end of the day. Going to Home Kitchen didn't provide ANY of the aforementioned. The food there is really boring, if you know how to boil an egg , than you can be hired as a cook there, sandwiches are made from cheap products and you can feel it in the texture, there is no cozy atmosphere while you are eating. And now we come for the main part - price. For example ham and eggs that are cooked with the simplest ingredients, with nothing extra on top cost 150 czk, sandwich with cheapest cheddar and bacon 165 czk and orange fresh that is not even half a litter is 85 czk. I understand that prices need to be set up high, but come on, it is pretty simple to somehow "upgrade" the dish, paying 150 czk for the same thing that you can cook from home is frustrating. I would like to remind that it is only mine opinion on this place and YOU need to make the final decision to go...

We decided to come here for breakfast on our final day before dropping our bags off at Bounce Explore. It was about a 10-minute walk from where we were staying.
Walking in, the vibe was really chill—you could see why some people were there working on laptops. The space was modern, open, and filled with plants, creating a really inviting atmosphere.
I think we just missed the breakfast menu (I believe it ended at 11), so we ordered from the brunch selection instead. After having quite a lot of meat during the trip, I went for the roasted pumpkin and beetroot with goat’s cheese, while my friend had scrambled eggs with ham.
For drinks, my friend had a coffee, and I had a grapefruit lemonade. Everything tasted really fresh, was beautifully presented, and the service was great. The prices were also very reasonable.
Overall, a wholesome, tasty...
