After owner's answear I have to explain my 1 star, 'be objective' and say the truth : For dinner I should pay 478 CZK so I should pay about 19,5EUR, the waiter said that I should pay 21EUR I payed by 50EUR bill, so waiter should give me 29EUR and it won't be any trouble if you give a change in EUR, but I received 670CZK (waiter said that I can't received my money in EUR) In conclusion: I paid 23EUR (564CZK) not 19,5EUR(478CZK) beceuse of double currency exchange, am I right or not dear owner? Meybe it is not a big deal, but if you dont have a possibility to pay by card, you should at least give a change in EUR when you accepting a EUR...

The menu is extensive with both popular international dishes like burgers, ribs and hot dogs but also plenty of traditional Czech dishes such as svíčková and pork knuckles, which is what we ordered.
Of course being a Pilsner Urquell restaurant beer features heavily on the drinks list. In addition to the classic there were a variety of other beers including non-alcoholic ones.
Service was quick and meals were brought out quickly, ideal for those short on time. The venue is nice with both an upstairs section and an underground cellar, which is where we sat.

It’s just ordinary “whatever” that all the pubs offer. NB: Czech pub food is about large portions, lots of fat, carbs and calories, no finesse. The good: the Pilsner Urquell beer was awesome. The less good: the restaurant room has very tiny windows and the interior is painted in dark colours, making the experience rather dark and claustrophobic, unpleasant.
