today I ordered a bean soup in the shopping center Novy Smichov - it was the worst soup I’ve ever tasted - almost cold brownish water with few beans inside. When I told them that this soup is terrible, they said they know but cannot do anything about it. the girl from the kitchen told me that it’s order from the boss that one of the 3 soups in the day offer will be from a can and last 2 cooked. so nobody warns you, when you order, that you choosed the soup from the can and they just take your money and don’t care. I left the place hungry and angry ... so for me it’s clear - i never go...

Nadya, the nasty blonde always serving at the counter, deliberately 'forgot' to serve my soup today, then when she finally did, as usual snidely muttered - "you're welcome" without any apology. Whenever I eat here, I have to endure the staff craning their necks over to look at me while laughing, whilst they are preparing my food. Given I'm always polite, I can only think this behaviour is due to the incitement of the M2C security guards under Roman Bašta. Přesně nedoporučuji zde kvůli personálu;

Přišel jsem sem 18.08.2025 kolem 20:27 s mým fionce, jsme si objednali arasidovy mísu a teriyaki kuřecí mísu. Jídlo nebylo špatné, ale když jsme si objednali personál nám nechtěl ani pomoci. Také jsem se zeptal na nějaký dotaz ohledně nápojů a byla tam paní, která zůstala u pokladny, ta mi ani nic neřekla. Je velmi těžké navázat konverzaci s personálem, pokud jste zde turista. Nebyli usměvaví, nebyli vstřícní personál a dokonce mi nepomohla myslím, že se jmenuje Karinka.

Pro turistu to bylo zklamání nečekala jsem takové místo na Novém Smíchově. Už se sem nikdy nevrátím, jiné Salaterie jsou mnohem mnohem lepší než tady.

I exactly don’t recommend here because of staff;

I came here 18.08.2025 around 20:27 with my fionce, we ordered arasidovy bowl and teriyaki chicken bowl. Food was not bad but when we order staff didn’t want to even help. Also I asked some question about drinks and there was a lady who stay at cashdesk she even didn’t say me nothing. Its very hard to make conversation with staff if you are tourist here. They were not smiling, not helpful staff and she even didn’t help me I think her name is Karinka.

It was disappointed for tourist I didn’t expect this place in Nový smichov. I will never come back here anymore, other Salaterie’s are much much...
