WILD Cafe — Restaurant in Prague

A year ago this place used to be good but it went downhill fast. The first time i ordered the wild cocktail, it was fantastic. Half full glass, Also it came on a little wooden plate with some ornaments, a flower and was dressed up nice. Every time we come back this place gets worse in service and skill. Tonights cocktails were for both me and my wife undrinkable almost. Also the glasses were even less full than just 2 fingers. Had to order sparkling water to mix it with to make it paletable too. Also, 3 out of 4 extras were forgotten or mistaken. When i told the waitress i wont be tipping, because the service wasnt very good she gave me an arrogant smirk with a “thank you sooo muchhh”. Disappointing experience! The coffee was unbearably bitter, and the sandwich was overloaded with mustard to the point that all other flavors were lost. The most confusing part was the birthday situation—we asked if the café offered any complimentary dessert or discount for a birthday guest. A staff member assured us we could choose a dessert. However, when the bill arrived, we were asked to pay for it because, supposedly, no one had said it was free. Long wait time. Service was super slow and unorganized. The bread with eggs was cold and wet. Probably not toasted before putting avocado and eggs on top of it.
