The hotel looks nice and well maintained from the outside and on the inside. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel was close to transport links but we chose to walk to most places with the weather being dry during our stay. It was only a 30 minute walk to the Old Town Square, and there were lots of local shops and restaurants that we discovered while walking around. We had a room situated on the front of the hotel, and although we had seen a few reviews about noise during the night time and early in the morning, we were able to get a good nights sleep and were not woke up by any noise so this wasn't an issue for us. We could hear the lifts in the hotel and movement from above sometimes during the night and in the morning but again that wasn't an issue for us as we expected to hear other guests moving in a busy hotel, just like we have in all hotels we've stayed at in the past. We had a small issue with the plug in our bathroom sink getting stuck so we reported it to the front desk before we went out for dinner and by the time we came back to the hotel it had been sorted so they were very efficient with resolving this issue. Staff we interacted with were friendly. There were plenty of tables in the breakfast room, the staff were very efficient cleaning up empty plates once you were finished with them, and there is a variety of food to choose from at the breakfast buffet. I would suggest to go to breakfast early to avoid the rush, we went late one morning and had noticed some of the pastries and plain slices of bread had ran out and were not restocked. There was also a high demand for use of the toaster at times as there was only one for the whole breakfast room and it took longer than expected to toast the bread, but most guests seemed to notice this as well and we were polite and waited in turn to use it. Overall we would definitely recommend this...

Had a lovely little break here. Polite and friendly very helpful. |Rooms clean and tidy little bit dated but that just added to the character.|Beds are super comfortable to sleep in. |We had no issues at all, hotel is accessible for wheelchair users and really accommodating. |House keeping and clean towels daily.|Transfer was very good from and to the airport.|Good aircon.|There is a tourist tax to pay but to be expected in most places outside of the uk. Roughly 300czech about £10 per person.|The hotel/area is situated in Prague 2 ( Praha 2 ) central to most places and with a great transportation system puts the uk to shame. |Metro/trams/buses is very reasonably priced make sure to validate your tickets 10 mins before. |We bought a 3 day pass.|About a 10 minute walk to Prague 1 or a 2 min journey on the tram.|Tram stop just round the corner to the right of the hotel from main entrance.||My husband and children said breakfast was fine no issues. |Some great little restaurants and bars in the area to sit down and have an evening out. Very local to trams and the metro. |Highly recommend Einstein pizzaria a few mins walk from the hotel.||Be careful of tourist traps in Prague 1 buy yourself some food/drinks in the local Tescos and take it with you as they do over charge more in tourist |locations. ||Prague is an experience and so full of culture and diversity, pre book everything in advance as it’s a very busy city with lots of tourists. |The museum was at full capacity and to avoid queues book well before going.|The people are amazing. |Learn a little Czech before you go it will go a long way. ||If your attending a concert be prepared it is absolutely crazy trying to get on the metro/bus etc last train is at 12pm so make sure to plan your journey have an alternative in place just incase...

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The room I was given was completely different from the one shown in the pictures. The price for the room was very high considering what I received. The door to the room didn’t close securely, which raised safety concerns. The room also lacked proper hygiene. I found hair on the bed that clearly belonged to someone else, suggesting that the sheets had either not been changed or not cleaned properly. That alone was already disappointing, but things got worse. At breakfast, I saw five ants crawling near the juice, which was unacceptable. That moment made me realize how poorly we had spent our money. What surprised us most was that this hotel is rated four stars. With such poor hygiene, unfriendly service, and questionable safety, it’s hard to understand how it qualifies for that rating. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be booking this hotel again. Everything I mentioned can be seen in the photos I took. Service: 1/5 Hygiene: 0/5 Security: 0/5 Cleanliness: 0/5

Stayed here from the 22nd to 26th of July and the hotel. The rooms and the hotel is well maintained and very friendly staff aswell. Impressed in everywhere from the location which is close to the Tram station and the rooms are top. Notch and large with all available facilities and lastly the buffet breakfast was a literal treat everyday with a wide choice of pastries,breads,jams,cold-cuts, cheese etc and loads of coffee.. if i ever visit prague again im surely booking it again. Go ahead and blindly book the hotel. Also there are 2-3 restaurants below the hotel itself along side with a few stores where you can buy your general items along with a few bakeries I believe we got an upgrade with regards to the room

The rooms were huge and very clean. The double beds are really big which was great as they placed my dad and I in a room without twin beds. Meant we could stay at opposite ends with plenty of room! Towels were replaced daily. The hotel is much better once youre inside and the outside can be deceiving. Only thing I would say is there was a lot of noise coming from trams and the only english channel was the news but those are my only complaints. The receptionists were very friendly and it wasnt a far walk (maybe 20 minutes) to get to the livelier parts of prague.
