Sun Shine Sandwich — Restaurant in Aarhus Municipality

Was sent here to make a big lunch order for my workplace - guy at the counter was clearly not thrilled at having to make 16 sandwiches with very little warning - and the staff were really good about it. Completely our fault, we shuld have called ahead with the order but they did it, including 3 types of sandwich and 2 special orders. I can only personally vouch for the salmon as being amazing, but from the happy faces and clear plates in the lunch room, I assume that the chicken pesto and the falafel are just as good! Had a Mimi's (Kebab) with guacamole, nachos (crunchy and warm), and melted cheese inside a dark ciabatta. Perfect size and full of flavors.

My wife had a Mozzarella & Rucola, she is much of a sandwich person, but she wasn't even done with it and already wanted to come back again.
