Café Nemoland — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

The café is surprisingly nicely decorated given the rest of the surroundings, which although cool, are a little rough around the edges. But Café Nemoland could easily be at home in the centre of Copenhagen rather than Christiania. We both get the local Christiania beer to try while we look at the menu, and it’s nice, crisp and refreshing. We’re not starving, so decide to order a Nemo burger and Deep fried risotto balls from the menu to share. But once our server has gone back to put the order into the kitchen we spot the specials board and change our mind! On the specials is a pulled pork burger, and we’re pleased with our change of mind as the burger is really good. But not quite as good as the risotto balls (at least Paul thinks so anyway), which are delicious! Went for a bite after checking out the market at Christiania, and it was a nice fresh meal. The burger was ok with fresh ingredients but nothing "wow!" about it really, not to say it wasn't good but just no revelation experience. The fries was the peak of this dinner i believe, super fresh, crisp and tasty!

The lasagna was a lasagna. Nothing wrong but nothing really standing out, inwould say it was pretty bland. The vegetables on the side of it was amazingly good and rich tasting.

So the sides really impressed more than the main dishes here for us when we went, might try something else next time we visit but this experience didnt really tell me to come again, rather tells me this is good enough if you need some food while drinking beers which it does ok, measuring by this one...

I had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Nemoland on a weekend night, and the experience left me feeling truly fantastic. Stepping into the café, I was immediately drawn to the inviting back area which had a unique charm. The reasonable prices were a welcomed surprise, and the presence of a talented DJ added an incredible vibe to the atmosphere. The overall ambiance was vibrant and enjoyable, making it a must-visit spot. I would rate Cafe Nemoland a four out of five stars. The only reason I'm withholding one star is due to the lack of a coat and bag storage area, which could have added to the convenience...
