I am extremely disappointed with this experience and feel completely let down as a customer. I still have not received my product, and throughout this process there has been no proper shipping update from the courier. According to customer service, the courier attempted delivery on multiple days, yet my concierge, who receives all deliveries on my behalf, confirmed that there were no such attempts. This shows either misinformation or a failure in communication.
What makes this worse is that I repeatedly insisted the parcel must not be sent to a post office, as I expect delivery to my address where a concierge is available. Despite this, customer service ignored my request and continued to suggest redirecting the parcel to a post office, completely disregarding my instructions.
This level of service is unbelievable and unacceptable. Not only have I been left without my order, but I have also wasted time chasing updates that should have been clearly provided in the first place. Read moreVery disappointing quality! I have bough shelves from Ferm Living and I must recognise quality is not at the expected level from this level. First, the varnish was still wet when packed which created lot of differences and nuances on the wood and even the paper packing the shelves was tainted by the varnish. Then, the screws supplied with the shelves are very poor metal quality, so when screwing (with excellent screw driver and the right format) it damaged the screw head and made it almost impossible to properly set up (and now totally impossible to dismantle). Purchased a very expensive Vuelta lamp from FERM and after the switch was damaged during a house move we asked for a replacement or at least the details of the switch unit so we could source elsewhere. Basically fobbed us off and showed no interest whatsoever in helping us find a solution. So now the unit is worthless. Apparently FERM don’t even know the details of the components they use - I guess because they outsource everything.
