A horrendous Service at Joe & The Juice
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at your store in Fisketorvet on 29/9/2024. We placed an order through your app. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we still hadn't received our orders. When we approached the staff, they seemed completely uninterested and appeared as if they wished no customers were in the store so they could enjoy playing with their phones. They gave us very unfriendly and stinky looks, when we asked them for the order.
We were then informed that there was a wrong QR code on the table and order had sent to another store, then we were told to write a message on the app to ask for a refund. However, the staff did not help us with the refund process in the store, nor did they offer any further assistance. As a result, we had to pay again for our orders, which was 317kr.
Since then, we have sent a complaint email, but no one has replied for more than half month. We then sent a second email, and still, there has been no response. This is completely unacceptable. How can you put a wrong QR code on the table and expect customers to pay for your mistakes? And customer must figure it out how to get their refund without any assitance???
If there were a minus star rating, I would definitely give that.
I am looking forward to receiving a reply from you and having my money refunded to my account asap. I will also update the reply date and time on Google reviews for the benefit of other customers.

At 7:52 p.m., eight minutes before closing, the girl at the counter informed me that she was not taking any orders. This was despite the fact that I had already placed my order through the app. If the store does not intend to accept orders near closing time, they should block customers from being able to place them on the app during that period. Eventually, as the order was already placed, I got ny items.
While the staff member working as the juicer did not say anything, their attitude was unwelcoming, and their expression conveyed a clear lack of enthusiasm, with a noticeable frown. If employees are unhappy working there, they should consider resigning to allow more motivated and passionate individuals to take their place.
In contrast, the stores in Østerbro have consistently excellent customer service, with workers who are friendly, polite, and welcoming.
