Worst Dining Experience Ever at Namaate (I removed my country name, as I don’t want to spoil the food impression of India) Restaurant, is a Desi Hooter. I wish I could give this place zero stars. My visit to Namaste India was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The food was abysmal, the service was atrocious, and I left regretting every second spent there. Let’s start with the food. The butter naan, which I was excited to try, arrived burnt to a crisp. It was so charred that it crumbled into ash-like flakes when I touched it, leaving a bitter, acrid taste that no amount of water could wash away. It was like they forgot it in the tandoor and decided to serve it anyway. Then there was the so-called “tomato soup,” which was essentially a bowl of watered-down butter chicken gravy—greasy, overly sweet, and lacking any depth or flavor. It was a confusing, gloopy mess that made me question if the chef even knew what a soup was supposed to be. The rest of the menu wasn’t any better; every dish was either oversalted, undercooked, or just plain wrong. The service? Don’t get me started. The staff acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us sit there. Our server was rude, dismissive, and nowhere to be found when we needed something—like a replacement for the burnt naan or a refill of water to choke down the awful food. It took 20 minutes just to get their attention to place our order, and another eternity for the food to arrive. No apologies, no smiles, just a complete lack of care. It was clear they couldn’t be bothered to make the experience even remotely pleasant. The ambiance didn’t help either—dingy tables, sticky menus, and a general sense of neglect. I’ve had better meals at a gas station. Save your money and your taste buds; avoid [Insert Indian Restaurant Name] at all costs. I’ll never go...
Read moreWe were coming from Germany and were on a trip to Copenhagen. So we thought of going to this place so that we will get to have the canal view, but just because we had a baby trolley with us we were told we could not sit next to the tables from where we could get a view(there were plenty of seats available). Our baby is only 2 months old and was sleeping. So when we requested to sit there, we were told that this can cause issues to other guests(when there were clearly not many to begin with). On top of that we were suggested that if the baby wakes up then you can move to these seats, which blew my mind because will you move with your food in your plates in hand and with a baby that just woke up? But we stayed anyways thinking that atleast the food would be nice but no. They served the mild sweet gravy even when we requested indian spicy and it is indian just by name. Also in case you need to ask for more bread or reorder something, then the waiteress would not even look at you. If they do and take the order then it takes a very long time. We started eating rice as the rotis took forever. So if you are in search of actual indian food go elsewhere. Also if you have a kid then you are allowed to sit only in the first section...

Interior was good but requires the food quality...
