Good food, tasty salsa. The meat and taste is great. I donât drink, so canât comment on the bad, but have heard good things from customers! Decent but not great service/management. Definitely better than most of the other taco joints in KbH!
I think La Neta is the best Mexican food in Nørrebro, and as I mentioned I prefer it over most of what I can find (ig Kodbyen etc). In regard to the management side of my review it has to do with staff training and kitchen management, both of which are as much a reflection of service and staff culture here in DK as much as managementâs approach.
The physical maintenance of the location is done well! Itâs clean, comfortable and cozy.
On the very positive side of things, despite a bit of attitude from some of the front of house staff (folks taking the orders etc) any issues with the food, or mistakes are quickly fixed.
On the negative side, there are some staff whose attitudes and demeanor make me feel unwelcome in the space - even when just ordering - and with the luxury of living in the neighborhood, I choose not to stop in if I see them working. Not because they focus on me, or a personal altercation (thatâs never happened) but because of the way theyâre taking orders and responding to customers. Having worked in restaurants on two continents, from kitchen to expo/front of house, thatâs something a manager needs to watch, and positively influence with their staff. Especially when the atmosphere is as much a factor as the bar/food.
Kitchen training and discipline is also tough, but I havenât been in yet where mistakes havenât come out of the kitchen and needed to be fixed for a customer - as I mentioned they were fixed quickly, so I think thatâs another place for management to focus, working on the flow of the kitchen.
I hope that clarifies my comments. I'm bumping up the review to five stars, because you've taken the time to respond, and asked for more feedback, and that's much more than I...

As much as I am pro climate, I'd like to warn people to be careful as La Neta is charging an extra fee for donation without asking for permission in advance, or even letting you know. I consider this the same as someone steal money from my wallet, and after I find out then tell me if I don't like donating money to a climate organization they support, they can offer me a 'smile' and give me the money they stolen back. No, I would rather happily donate the money myself, not through their thievery action.
Updated response: I kept polite the whole time during the exchange, and the staff was very passive aggressive. I was unhappy that I was charged extra without my permission or even knowing, and I politely told the staff that I will leave a one star review, after they told me that they would not change their practice. The staff said that was fair. If you consider any complaints that you do not want to hear as "shouting", so be it. I'll not come again and I'd recommend other people not to come to such a place.
If you really care about the climate, please donate part of your profit to offset the carbon instead of trying to get more from your customers without asking for permission.
Lastly, this action could potentially be considered illegal, which I'll report to the customer protection...
Read moreSaturday 1st of March 2020. Came in with two friends around 6:30 and ordered 3 veggie quesadillas and 2 tacos. The place was about half full.
My friends were practically done eating by the time my food arrived - I had to push for it too, after seeing the next 3 groups after us being served. When I went to the salsa bar, after ordering my food at the kitchen bar, and my beer at the beer bar, I noticed that one of my quesadillas had what looked like ground beef in it. I then take it back to the kitchen bar and the guys goes "uh, yeah, dunno, looks like meat, think it's chorizo, not sure". This is a guy who works with the food and he can't differentiate between their dishes. I don't like to make a fuss about my dietary preferences but it's not acceptable to serve meat to a vegetarian. In any setting.
They guy asks if I want it redone - I tell him I would prefer to have my money back because my friends are now done eating. This has to involve a "manager" (?) who makes quite a situation of the thing. I have to point out what I ordered, and she goes "here's your money back, don't understand what the problem was".... Really? The problem was that I waited 30 mins. for a sub-par meal that wasn't even what I ordered. Spiced with fresh apathy and lots of attitude. The La Neta in Vesterbro is alright but this place is downright miserable.
Avoid at all cost (it'll be cheaper than the food,...
