When you’re in this part of Copenhagen may I suggest a stop at this place? Sizeable board showcasing primarily Danish craft beer. I guess music selection can vary, but today was a Sabbath day, so no complaints on my account. Outdoor seating is available on a rare hot summer’s day. Huge PLUS for the option to sample the board, 10cl at the time. Overall just a nice place to kick back and enjoy a few cold ones.

Chill atmosphere, expert and friendly staff, huge selection of beers. 30 on tap. The tap beers can also be canned on demand. This is the oldest craft beer bar in CPH, a peculiar fact nugget. Such a wonderful establishment, loved everything.

Copenhagen's craft beer OG! This quiet, friendly spot surprised me with the news that it's apparently the oldest craft beer bar in Copenhagen – a true gem. Ølbaren boasts a delightful, dimly lit atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good brew. The handwritten beer list, which changes regularly, is a nice touch, though they also have some reliable staples. A great beer bar. They didn't have a very long tap list, but everything we had was excellent. However, the De Molen Hel & Verdoemenis on draft (!) stole my heart. This was definitely one of the best imperial stouts that I've had in my entire life. The rest of the beers we had were great Danish beers: Hornbeer Caribbean Rumstout, Mikkeller Black Hole, Beer Here Vinter Ale, and Mikkeller 10 (bottled). The Mikkeller Black Hole was a very unique imperial stout that was simultaneously hoppy and sweet. Cake and Johnny Cash were playing...
