An oasis in the middle of Punta Cana that is not to be missed - even if you are not vegan. The food was delicious and the service was very good. The fruit smoothies are definitely worth trying. The appetizers consisted of warm and fluffy mini crepes with 2 flavourful sauces. The Italian, Thai and Chinese bowls were on the menu this night. Starting with the Italian, we ate a delicious and surprisingly authentic tasting lasagna, a few meatballs and a side salad. Then onto the Thai, an amazing coconut chicken, meatballs, coleslaw and cashew side salad and an amazing pasta with cream sauce. Finally the Chinese - fresh spring rolls, rice and a bokchoy and mushroom salad. All of these dishes were amazing and satisfying. Dessert came in the form of a mini, raw lemon cheesecake. So creamy and sweet yet light with a little tang from the lemon. Everything was extremely tasty, and lunch comes with a bowl of the day, infused water, and a drink to go with the meal. It is very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Food is fresh and healthy. Lots of fresh veggies, like spiralized salad--but the seasonings and sauces really took it over the top. Better than our local vegan restaurants in Ann Arbor, MI--if you can believe it! Everyone there was extremely nice too. I think most people, even meat eaters would be impressed.
My only regret is that we didn't get to go there for dinner, since we were only nearby the beginning...

The staff was wonderful and friendly, but the food wasn't up to par with my expectations. I ordered their asian meal and received dishes from their asian and arab menu. I just seemed like I was getting their leftovers.
On the positive side, this was the most beautiful restaurant I visited. The landscaping is impeccable and the ambiance is wonderful.
If I was visiting for a longer period of time, I'd probably give this place another shot and would order off the a...
