In my and my wife's opinion this is the best restaurant on the Barcelo Bavaro Grand resort property.

We ate here twice on our trip in August of 2018. The meals started with a palette warming soup in a small glass. We had a broccoli soup the first time and a mushroom soup the second time. Both were fabulous.

If you enjoy a good steak, then the ribeye is done to perfection. I always try to get something different from my wife and she has recently become quick to order the Ribeye. I might have to rethink my idea of caring about trying more of the menu options when we travel :)

The pumpkin soup with quail egg was simply divine. Try it, even if you are afraid of the idea of an egg not of the chicken variety (It's hard boiled).

For dessert you have to try the crepes. My wife enjoyed them twice they were so good.

We cannot wait to return to this property and enjoy this restaurant again.

Edit August 2022: Still the best restaurant in the entire resort. The short ribs, lobster and Chateaubriand were almost other worldly this trip.
