Isla Bar and Restaurant in Las Terrenas completely blew us away! 😍💯 We spent over a week in Las Terrenas, searching for the most mouthwatering grilled fish, and Isla went above and beyond our expectations! 🌟 The fish was nothing short of heavenly, and the appetizers and drinks were equally incredible. Their dedication to serving delicious seafood truly left us in awe. 🦐🍹 To top it all off, they surprised us with an absolutely scrumptious shot on the house—a perfect way to end our extraordinary vacation. 🥳 The staff was so warm and attentive, and the ambiance was absolutely delightful. One of the more busy of the small lineup of beach restaurants. Can tell they have regular clientele. Very friendly and sincere staff. The paella was excellent! Great with one of their Caipirinhas. The first night we ordered a single paella and we enjoyed it so much. Came back and we ordered the paella for 2. They basically use the same size dish, but just added more rice and a few more pieces of seafood. Tasted better (crispier) and it seemed like a better deal if it was just for one verses two. The only thing that was challenging with the atmosphere is they have music blaring from their speaker that’s competing with the music from the next restaurant. So it’s a bit stressful...

Amazing place. Some of the best food we have tried so far in the Dominican. Quality, flavor, value, can’t fault a single aspect of this venue. It is an open air patio right on the beach; the service is warm and the staff was accommodating through and through. We got the mixed seafood grill and grilled snapper one day, and mussels with fries another. Quality was beyond satisfactory both times. Chef Gary is Haitian in background and brings those influences to tie into the more Latin flavors of the Dominican. If you want some fresh grilled prawns, and a deep fried snapper with the waves tickling your toes this is definitely the place to be. (Cocktails are to die...
