THE TAVERN HURGHADA — Restaurant in Al Hadaba

Large, 2 storey bar in a central location. Has live music, karaoke, DJ, food, sports on TV and pool table. Mix of nationalities in this place, although probably more Russian and Egyptian than any others. Seem to have an obsession with Latin dancing in there, as they have repeated dance performances of half naked women. Sadly, no half naked men to even the balance for mixed couples to enjoy, lol. The live singers in this place are really good and put on an excellent performance, they are very passionate about their acts. Food and drinks are ok, but quite expensive. This place gets very, very hot, especially upstairs, even with the air con and fans switched on. Seems to be a place where some women hang out on a regular basis, to pick up men, even when the men are out with their wives, which can cause big problems. There are also times when drunk guests push others out of the way to get through the crowds, not caring if they injure them or not and we have also seen drunk guests asleep on the tables. Stopped there for a ribeye steak. I also ordered a large bottle of club soda. The steak came with mashed potatoes or something they called mashed potatoes, they were grainy is the best way to describe then. It also had some undercooked, mixed vegetables. The steak was cooked okay but the flavor left much to desire especially after dropping 600egp. The kicker was that they charged 250egp for the club soda which retails for 40 egp. I could see doubling the profit margin but 6 times is ridiculous. On top of it, it was warm. I am staying right across from them so it could have been my go to spot during my stay. The place is so nice and the Food is great ,but my VIP group of regular Guests few time have complains from the bihavior and attitude from Mrs Ailin M.Betancourt from the Brasil Show and she is from Columbia ,she treat my Guests in a very Arogant and hight noise way and is unfreindly with them in the few time my Guests group came ,and she unable to good perform , bad dancer and performace ,but the rest of the show is good dancing and freindly with us .We kindly ask a reaction and a action from your side as a Management because we will not come again as Soon Mrs .Ailin .M Betancourth perform ,as she is totally unfreindly with us and this is completly...
