Caribbean Bar — Restaurant in Al Hadaba

The restaurant's location is amazing. The view is so beautiful. The service is a bit slow and got really careless when a small group of people came despite it was only us and them. The prices are a bit overly priced as the portions were relatively small ( see pictures below). The meat was a bit overly cooked so it was dry even though with sauce as it was so dry that it was kinda hard to cut it down with the knives. The salad was average neither good nor bad. We had Pizza Napolitana wich came after over an hour and was so salty! And the waiter's had it with absolutely no tableware and he was surprised that we asked for extra plates! I think he expected us to eat straight from the main plate with our bare hands! But we ate it anyway as we we're hungry. We ordered Pinacolada which was so light you can hardly taste any coconut in it. The Way to the bathroom had the sewers overflowing on the whole ground and had a terrible terrible terrible smell almost nauseating! Even after reporting that, they let it dry on it's own which was really disgusting. As for value vs money, it's a little over priced since the quantity is really small and below expectations. The view was the best thing honestly. If you're looking for a place to grab a drink by the sea with great view it's really good to relaxe, otherwise not so much. Tip: ( call first to reserve even though the restaurant was practically empty, yet they had us stay at the hotel's gate even though we booked but someone forgot to mention our reservation to the security. So call, AND double check first for your names so you don't have to wait 15...

This bar/restaurant is accessed through the Bella Vista Resort reception. Head straight down through the gardens keeping to the left side and keep going until you reach the beach. Where it will be visible.

It is a decent enough looking place, comfortable and on the edge of the sea. Taking this into account the prices are sort of reasonable, since they include all taxes but not tips. This is stated on the menu.

I just popped in for a cold beer and a snack to test the kitchen. A Meister Max at 70le and a Melanzane Bruschetta at 45le. The beer was cold and crisp and was served with a frosted glass. It didn't take long to get warm but the staff brought me ice on request, with no issue.

The Bruschetta was fresh and warm but utterly tasteless. Woefully under seasoned with no garlic to be found anywhere and not a hint of olive oil or any herbs. Bland and immediately forgetful. If they are unable to make a simple bruschett, I would be concerned about ordering anything more expensive from the menu.

The service is relaxed, as the food comes from La Luna restaurant which is attached to the front of the hotel. 30 minutes for a bruschetta. Any dishes that I saw, looked well presented and appetising. But then, so was my tasteless bruschetta!

1 star down for my food. Otherwise a great but not inexpensive watering hole.

Amazing experience! You can never miss this place if you visit Hurgada. You need to enter a resort first and then tell the guard that you want to visit Caribbean bar. They will ask all Egyptian to make a registration on the book and left them ID. But foreigners enter without anything needed. This seems unfair actually but it’s their own rules targeted their own people. Anyway we entered and cross the hall of the resort and a public pool, indicated by the employee, we found the bar was deep inside the end of the area and next to the sea, which as we expected to appreciate the view. With the pop music and elegant environment, we found our seat by the edge to better enjoy the view. It’s reserved but we can still stay before 8:30. Besides normal food and drinks, they also serve breakfast, and with charging stations, theoretically you can stay here to chill the whole day. From here you can see the small beach of the resort, but sadly we were not allowed to enter, it’s only for resort guests, which is reasonable and understandable. Moreover, the price is very affordable, considering all the factors. We only order dessert and cafe cause we just ate. And we took a lot of good photos and agreed to come back again definitely for...
