old street cafe and restaurant — Restaurant in Alexandria

The restaurant is pretty good, the service was great and the waiters were very attentive, you don’t have to call anybody, they have a kind of device on which you can press if you wanna give them a call or you wanna pay the bill or even cancel the order; I loved it to be honest they are not the only one offering such a thing but I love it.

The food was fine but not that special, we ordered beef and shrimp And they were pretty edible.

There is something needs to be fixed which is the outdoor The outdoor makes you feel like you are kinda exposed to the street and there is lotta people passing by trying to sell you something which is irritating

The staff is very friendly and superb ❤️

Great place, cozy furniture, really liked the food as well, on top of that prices were reasonable. I like the vintage style of the place, really recommend for a casual hangout with friends or to study. Staff is responsive, food comes in quick, there's a neat buzzer for your convenience when you need anything. It's just the ventilation that could be little better you feel sleepy after a while. Plus, staff got real frowny and took forever when I wanted to pay by card and he (the waiter) proceeded to scratch his nails on the card thinking the card was faulty while he clearly didn't know how to use the card in their machine! Right, I don't want to say something bad about this restaurant. Firstly I would like to say that this restaurant is an old but authentic restaurant with past pictures about Alexandria so that is what makes this establishment quite unique. Now tonight, for me personally, the waiters were quite and Im sorry to say; very slow in understanding. There were two orders he didnt get me and my friends right hence why the 3 stars. Hopefully they will upgrade thier waiters and wont do the same mistakes. Finally the food for me is literally top notch and i really enjoyed it.
