Trianon Caffee – Authentic Vintage Vibes, Disappointing service
Trianon Caffee is undeniably a charming vintage spot with an authentic, old-world atmosphere that transports you to another era. The décor, the ambiance, and the overall aesthetic genuinely capture a bygone charm, making it a perfect place for those who appreciate nostalgia and a unique setting.
However, the experience was significantly marred by extremely poor service. Despite ordering a simple dish like Tuna Toast, we had to wait an unreasonably long time for our food to arrive. The delay was frustrating, especially since the café wasn’t particularly crowded.
What made matters worse was the attitude of the staff. They served guests with unfriendly expressions, almost as if they were bothered by their presence. Their overall demeanor and unkempt uniforms did not align with the café’s otherwise genuine and elegant vintage spirit. A place with such a refined atmosphere deserves staff who enhance the experience, not detract from it.
In summary, while Trianon Caffee excels in ambiance, the lackluster service and slow food delivery make it hard to fully enjoy the visit. If management improves staff training and efficiency, this could be a truly exceptional spot. Until then, it’s a mixed experience—great for the vibe, disappointing...
Read moreI went to Trianon with my family expecting a professional service and treatment, the minimum charge for EACH PERSON is 60 L.E., in which I found too high because we were going there for just a dessert. So we had to order pizzas, they were horrible, very hard to chew, I assume they used a patisserie dough instead of a pizza dough. After we finished the pizza, we ordered some dessert which were okay, but were served in plastic plates which I didn’t like. We sat there for some time trying to enjoy the vintage setting and atmosphere, but I just found it too dull and boring, unlike Delices where I really felt this vintage feeling there. Finally, we ordered the cheque to find that the pizzas price was higher from the one we saw in the menu, so I asked the garçon about it in which he answered “Oh you must’ve had the old menu” and pointed at the “new” prices in the “new” menu. At that point I was done to be honest and asked for the manager to let him know how bad and unprofessional the service is, in which he smiled and didn’t try to comfort me or to apologize at least. I don’t usually review a place online but I had to let people know my experience. Vibes: 4/10 Food: 3/10 Oh also forgot to mention that there was some hair in the ashtray. I don’t know how hair ended up there but...

This venerable restaurant exudes vintage charm, offering a delightful atmosphere for a leisurely breakfast. Located in the heart of Mahatet El Raml, one of Alexandria's most historic areas, Trianon offers a glimpse of the city's past, with the Saad Zaghloul statue visible nearby. My recent breakfast experience at Trianon was truly enjoyable. The food was excellent, particularly the fresh pastries. The croissants were buttery and fluffy, a testament to their quality, and the pâtisserie was equally delicious. It's clear that Trianon prioritizes freshness and flavor. The ambiance was further enhanced by the wonderful classic music playing softly in the background, creating a sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere. It's the perfect place to enjoy a conversation and savor your meal. While the prices are on the higher side, they reflect the quality of the food, the attentive service, and the overall classy experience. Trianon is not your everyday breakfast spot; it's a place to treat yourself to a special meal in a unique setting. If you're looking for a memorable breakfast in a historic and elegant setting, Trianon is definitely...
