Up Town Cafe — Restaurant in Cairo

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The owner was extremely rude and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. I visited with a friend who is not Egyptian, and unfortunately, they were also treated poorly by both the staff and the manager. The level of service was very disappointing, and their attitude and way of responding to customers were completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. An awesome rooftop cafe with perfect shisha, great coffee, and tasty local treats. All fairly and clearly priced

The staff are so awesome.

The entrance to the cafe is from the main street through a little shop. Get the lift to the 5th floor and then up the stairs to get to the rooftop.

FYI, it's cash only though as they don't accept foreign cards.
