The service provided by this coffee shop falls short of the standards expected from a reputable establishment. In contrast, Costa Coffee consistently delivers exceptional service with a global reputation for its high-quality offerings and positive customer reviews.

The staff and crew at this coffee shop exhibited a marked lack of professionalism and rudeness. After our order was placed, they failed to deliver our coffee to our table. The coffee we ordered was excessively hot and served in a glass with a tray. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, they rudely informed me to take and bring the coffee myself. The staff-to-customer ratio was excessive, and it was unacceptable that they did not serve our coffee during our dine-in experience.

When I attempted to capture a photograph of the situation, the manager, Mr. Mahmoud, approached me and prohibited photography. His behavior was highly inappropriate and disrespectful. One of the American customers offered to take a photograph with us, highlighting the disparity in treatment between local and international customers.

This incident left me feeling deeply humiliated and embarrassed, as I was aware that photography was permitted in the establishment. The customers at the coffee shop laughed at our predicament, further emphasizing the unacceptable behavior of the staff.

It is imperative that the management of this coffee shop takes immediate action to address the pervasive rudeness and poor behavior exhibited by their staff. A change in staff attitude and training is necessary to restore the establishment’s reputation and provide a satisfactory...

The customer service employees needs retraining. I was standing by the cashier waiting to be served, while the barista was behind the counter. I waited patiently, then another customer arrived and one of the baristas asked if he needed help, and said he wanted to place an order, then the other barista came over to take his order. At that time I mentioned I was waiting for her to take my order, the other customer said of course go ahead. The barista said the store doesn't s have large size cup for my coffee, then I mentioned I will dine in if she has large serving cups, which she denied, insisted there is small and medium size cups only. Then the order was wrong , I asked for hot latte with an extra shot and I got an iced latte. My daughter's americano coffee was in a paper cup without lid or sleeve, again we were dine- in, and the coffee was supposed to be served in a glass coffee cup. My latte was replaced by a hot small cup and without the extra espresso shot I asked for. The donuts were stale, and I had to go and asked for the water I ordered earlier because the barista forgot to hand it with the orders. شجرة الرمان من الأشجار المعمرة النفضية موطنها الأصلي إيران انتشرت زراعتها في كثير من البلدان العربية لدفئها. وتنتشر زراعته في المناطق المحادية للبحر الأبيض المتوسط وذلك مشابه للزيتون وكذلك في اليمن ومدينة الطائف الجبلية غرب السعودية ويعد الرمان اليمني من أجود أنواع الرمان بالعالم يليه رمان الطائف لكبر حجمه وتشتهر إسبانيا بزراعة الرمان والذي نقله العرب إليها منذ القدم ومنها انتقل إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

وهناك نوعاً آخر من الرمان يزرع أشجاراً للزينة نظراً لجمال أزهاره الحمراء المتعددة البتلات. ويطلق على هذا النوع الاسم العلمي: Punica protopunica ويعتبره البعض صنفاً نباتياً يتبع نفس نوع الرمان العادي يسمى نانا Punica granatum Var. Nana.

التكاثرعدل

توجد عدة طرق لإكثار أشجار الرمان منها:

العقل الساقية. وهي أكثر الطرق شيوعاً في إكثار أشجار الرمان حيث تؤخذ هذه العقل من أشجار الرمان ومن خشب ناضج عمره سنة أو أكثر بطول من 25-30 سم في الشتاء ثم تزرع بالمشتل لمدة عام حتى تظهر الجذور بها ثم تنقل لتزرع شتلة في البستان.

السرطانات. وفي هذه الطريقة يتم فصل السرطانات من جوار شجرة الرمان مع جزء من الساق الذي يسمى الكعب وعادة يكون طول السرطانات من 60-70 سم تزرع بالمشتل لمدة عام ثم تنقل للبستان.

الترقيد. يستخدم الترقيد عادة في إكثار أشجار الرمان فيؤخذ فرعا من الشجرة ويدفن بأكمله في التربة وهو متصل بالأم ويروى بالماء ثم بعد عام أو عامين عند ظهور الجذور منه ونمو عدد من النموات المناسبة يتم فصلها وزراعتها بالمشتل أو في البستان مباشرة.

التطعيم. يمكن إكثار أشجار الرمان بهذه الطريقة ويستخدم عادة التطعيم البرعمي أو التطعيم بالقلم أو بالشق.

البذور. وهذه الطريقة لا تستخدم على نطاق تجاري حيث أنها تحتاج لوقت طويل جدا ولا تعطي البذور نفس الصنف بل نباتات رمان مختلفة عن صفات الأم. ويقتصر استخدام هذه الطريقة على البحوث الزراعية الخاصة بإنتاج أصناف جديدة من الرمان.
