Jade Pizza — Restaurant in Cairo

We were there last weekend to celebrate friend’s birthday, and we were looking forward to having fun that night. Although the vibes were great and super fun, pizza is okay, the service however is garbage, completely repelling and kind of ruined the fun. The staff is very rude, from the management, the karaoke/DJ coordinators and down to the servants; they were not friendly nor accommodating, and they kept giving the mic to the same table over and over although we were a big table and were there before literally everyone else in the restaurant where we put down our names and song requests. The only reason we chose the place is the karaoke, and it’s abit frustrating that we literally were following the karaoke/mic man around begging to put on our songs, and being treated with an unpleasant attitude.

Truly sad for you to lose friendly and otherwise...

To be honest I never tried sitting or ordering there but I'm always sitting in Sip, right on the opposite side from Jade and its horrible to have to hear their karaoke night "singing"

My understanding is it's not legal to have such loud music on in an area with residential apartments (there are many buildings nearby) and it's actually terrible because it's not even a skilled musician (who would at least know how to sing, so might be more bearable).

I've come several nights to this and it affects my experience, and that's why I'm giving such a rating.
