Located on the 36th floor of Ramses Hilton, the venue has the most exquisite view in town, a panoramic scene that exposes the true charm of Cairo. The circular site configuration consists of high tables in its upper part and lounges in its lower one. Overall, a luxurious spot where you can feel you are sitting among the clouds.
DÉCOR
A glamorous decoration fits the environment where a giant chandelier situated in the middle of the place to enrich the opulent comfort of the space. Giant windows are surrounding the area from floor to ceiling for astounding scenery. Both lounges and high tables are highly comfortable.
MENU
Menus are presented on iPads in a well visualized and organized digital books; one for the beverages and the other for the food. An exclusive introduction of molecular gastronomy and mixology has been recognized in both menus. The implementation of the spherification technique is exemplary in some recipes. We called them once, they knew our number and we needed to call again for inquiries and they were not answering on purpose as when we called them right after from another number they immediately answered. Their behaviour was super disrespectful and they were literally saying “Didn’t I already answered you ? What do you want again ? What is the problem now ?” Although we called only once and until then, they had neither confirmed our reservation nor replied to us at all.
