Disappointing experience. We (6 of us) were told that a few dishes were not available…. Then we ordered accordingly but some of the dishes never materialized. As we pointed out to the waiter that some dishes were missing he then told us that they were not available (okra and babaganoush)! The chicken was dry and the pasta watery. The service was slow (took 40 mn to get some bread and tahini) we had to ask twice to get some glasses. When it came to paying the bill, we were informed that they did not take credit card. Their excuse was that it was their first night operation. It would have been easier to let us know at the beginning what the situation was. The menu was full of items that were unavailable, and even after we ordered, we were informed that several of those dishes weren’t actually in stock. The service was painfully slow and forgot napkins and glasses. It took over an hour to bring out our food and the quality of what we finally received didn’t come close to justifying the wait. We understand a new restaurant might have some kinks to work out, but this felt more like a complete lack of preparation. We left disappointed and wouldn’t be in a hurry to return unless some serious improvements are made.

Read moreI rarely rate a restaurant, but this one deserves it, not only for the perfect food and unique sauce, but every corner of this restaurant gives off positive energy, starting with the reception of the staff who always have a smile on their faces and the calm that combines classicism and positive spirit. I thank Alaa, the waiter, in particular, for his service to me, and I will end my review by saying that the restaurant deserves that you go to it and live the experience for yourselves. You really will not regret this...
