Very big portions, we tried to finish our pasta with my wife but unsuccessfully, dishes are good, but staff is very strange. -2 stars for the fact that I was forced to write this review. Seriously InterContinental pay attention to this! I was unable to pay the bill because your employee was checking that I wrote the review! -1 star for the fact that I was unable to charge the bill for my room! After your employee was sure that I wrote the review he said it’s impossible and I can pay by card or cash because reception said that my room can’t be charge with extra services of the hotel. Why? I didn’t get the answer and was forced to go to my room and pick my credit card. And guess why I can’t pay it on place?! Because in 2021 you don’t...

Amazing entrance, nice place with beautiful view on Nile. Service could be faster and not forgetting about some little details we asked for. We ordered sea food In tempura which was delicious, steak so soft and yummy, pasta was not this what we expected and actually we had the highest hope on that since it’s real italian restaurant. It was without any seasoning, not even salt. Just simple pasta with some meat and tomatoes. I am sure everyone of you can do this better at home. Even parmezan would make it taste better. But no gram of it was on plate so price for pasta like this should be really half of it. Big negative for parking price. 100le for 1,5h !!! No other place to park a car just hotel...
