Exceptional Egyptian food by far the best I had in egypt. This spot is really underrated and is such hidden gem. Everything we had was soo good and the staff are more than excellent. Eslam Ragab was our waiter and even though we were sat at the furthest table he was always there and always there when we needed him and kept checking on us. The view of the nile is amazing. This roof bar is in the St Regis hotel and one of many restaurant options available. When we went on a Sunday evening it was relaxed and quiet, with some gentle music playing and you could sit in a large comfortable booth or by the pool. The service was very attentive, the food beautiful and delicious, and you could look out over the Nile with your drinks. This will sound crazy coming from me because I love the road less travelled but Sirocco in the St Regis Cairo is incredible. Its grammas cooking in the most cool setting. Grab a cabana table and great until you drop. I suggest you simply let the chef feed you. We had a gf dairy free peep and they too were fed until they exploded! Service is perfect. Views of the Nile....
