Cairo World Trade Center Hotel & Residences — Hotel in Cairo

Read carefully This was supposed to be a 9 out of 10 score, but I have given it 2 out of 5? Coz I got bites by bed bugs!! Such a laxarious hotel like so, very good location, excellent staff,etc etc, get ruined by the fact that I have had skin rash since I came back from my stay over there, and the dermatologist have confirmed that it is some sort of a bug or insect. From my first night I could sense that am itchy but I said that's normal when u have changed environment and so. Next night I shifted to another bed, it was OK, but it has been he'll of a week trying to figure out what's wrong with my skin! I am so davestated that such a good location hotel like that doesn't pay attention to the most important item we as guests are going to use, THE BED! The flat looked clean but apparently it didn't. That's aside from the fact the most of the equipment in the kitchen is old and not working properly, which I communicated to management. The food I ordered was good and fresh as well as big in proportion. The staff are nice and very helpful but they need to re-evaluate their cleaning process and do an upside down inspection...

I booked a room at CWTC for 5 nights on August . That room fits for at least 4 people and it fit even more . Once we got there they changed me more in dollars for each person just because when I booked the room thru booking I accidentally put 2 people are coming instead of 4 . Even the room it’s listed that it fits 4 people .

The front desk were cooperative and nice . The View was fantastic. The room space was wild and l loved it , but it got old furniture and that’s not bad as the bathrooms . It clearly need to be renovated .Towels should to be replaced regularly. Breakfast was great even the space was tiny and a lot of people coming and stuff were counted , but they managed to service EVERYBODY nicely and professionally.

In the end the staff were doing great to keep up but management should Renovate the apartments and put some money on .

A gem in the heart of cairo First I would like to thank Mr.Khaled at the reception for his great help during our stay in this wonderful hotel apartment complex. Yes we got upgraded and we loved it. Actually everyone is helpful and with a great smile. The location is perfect and the accommodating was also great I didn't find a difference between the top floors and the none renovated suiets except having marbel sink and larger TV screen. I personally prefer the carpet style. We extended twice during our stay and I wish I can stay longer but definitely I will come again hopefully soon. The view over the Nile was great I forgot to mention to thank Basant also. Great stay Great people 👏 By the way the bedding was amazing I found it typical to 2 luxurious hotels in Las Vegas...
