I asked if a guest can visit, but the man who was supposed to assist us was incredibly rude. He spoke so disrespectfully that he didn't even realize how ridiculous he looked, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The giggles from him and a female colleague were loud and seemed like a mockery, right in front of us. It was embarrassing, and I didn't know how to respond. His point after all of this that money will solve it I kept telling him over and over again that she will not sleep over he was interrupting me so much I felt so triggered he kept saying she will sleep haha I remember you didnt u stayed up late with a girl ( MY SISTER) my dad was so confused This man was particularly rude to my dad, saying, "The guest will sleep because, hahaha, you know how girls are in a room it’s wild lol." His comment disgusted me. I was so upset that I paid for the stay but now I don’t want to sleep here. I regret even talking to them; it’s so sad.
I have never seen such an unprofessional team. Both the girl and the guy were giggling while talking about us as if it were nothing. The man was making childish noises with a pen, as if he were teasing a kid. It was so messed up and unprofessional.
The whole situation made me feel uncomfortable and weird. They didn’t even have the basic tools to work properly. Where is the HR in this? I need my money back. I felt so uncomfortable and unwanted. Unfortunately, it was...
Read moreThis was listed as 3-star hotel at the time I was selecting it for booking. In reality the quality of the hotel way far below of their listing. With cleanliness and things falling apart I felt it is not more than a 1-star hotel. Falling apart door handles, large visible stains on furniture, overfreezing refrigerator, cracked mirror, never cleaned room service or changed bedding, no hot water with barely flowing faucet, clogged shower drain, no decent utensils except cheap plastic ones, half burned out or missing light bulbs, light fixtures with cold blue light in the bedroom, so terrible feeling at night. I also was surprised to see 5 in-line electric outlets on one wall alone, none of them were working. View from the window on another ruined part of the building was horrible. Customer service was cold and not friendly at all except one young guy Mustafa who was shining a light during our stay in the hotel. I wish good luck in his future...
Read moreReconsider before you stay here. It is down a dirty side street that is poorly lit, directly opposite a school. You will be woken up early by the school. On the positive side, it is located near the bridge on Zamalek. The family suite is spacious. However, the positives end there. The room should have been renovated 20 years ago. There was exposed wire in one room that I couldn’t tell if it was capped or not. The sheets were not very clean. Plenty of hair on the sheets that didn’t belong to us. There were some bugs in the room too. The elevator, that was an experience. The entrance and exit door to the elevator were exposed to the building. It’s hard to describe, but the only doors on the elevator belong to the building, not the elevator, so when you’re inside it, the elevator car itself actually has no doors. This leaves a gap of about 5 inches where things fall through. As the saying goes, you get what...
