DO NOT BOTHER!!! 👎👎👎 • Extremely long time to serve 4 adults & 4 children being the only unserved table, only one other table was occupied, a 2-top • Drinks were brought one at a time • White wine: bottle was ordered, small carafe was brought to table, bottle was unavailable, staff had to go to another restaurant for a bottle, bottle was served at ambient temperature, 37°C, once cooled it lacked flavor • Turkish coffee was thin with weak flavor and half the espresso size cup was sludge instead of the normal fine coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup • Flies were overbearing and fruit flies were equivalent once fruit waffles were served. • On arrival, a cat was sitting on my chair. Not recommended, 1 star for the awful staff service and overpricing.

I’m really shocked from the level of one of the waiters there, very very rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming, he doesn’t know how to talk to customers, and doesn’t even know how to apologize, staff needs to be trained and educated more and be more presentable for the restaurant. I’m really disappointed, despite the manager apology to me after my complaint and him trying to clear the air, but really it was a bad experience, which made me and all my family and friends decide not to go there again!!

The food was delicious, and the price-quality ratio was quite good. However, the staff could have been a bit friendlier. After paying in cash, they didn’t return with change and assumed that the entire amount was a tip. When I went back to ask for part of my change, I received a very unpleasant look. Later, when I passed by again, the man stared at me angrily, even though I still left a tip. It was an uncomfortable experience that somewhat overshadowed the otherwise positive dining experience.

You shouldn't assume that everything extra given is a tip, and I can't wrap my head around the fact that the owner can give such nasty looks even when a generous tip has been given....
