Sat down with my husband and son expecting to eat dinner. Our son is only 18 months and obsessed with lights. The table had a plastic battery operated light in the middle which he held and treated carefully, which we know he would or wouldn’t have given to him. One of the staff came after a few minutes and took it from him before saying ‘I will place it here so you don’t damage it’ (or something to that effect) before leaving again without even asking if we wanted drinks or to eat etc. needless to say we found this very rude so left. Considering the place is empty and tourism is down due to recent events you would think the staff would be accommodating and allow a baby to enjoy a simple table decoration (he was very gentle with it). I went for dinner with my kids and husband, start of August. We all ordered different dishes and drinks, they were all delicious. The service was so warm and welcoming. The waiter was very informative and caring and warm with a huge smile the whole time, his name was Mohamed Tarek. He made our experience so nice, everyone there was nice and warm. We will definitely renew this experience when we travel...
