We went yesterday to zamalek branch for breakfast and ordered 2 avocado juice it was tasteless the waiter took them then returned with another 2 seems he added honey and changed the glasses without recognizing which glass for who and we refused to drink them his way of dealing with the situation was very awful we aren’t obliged to pay for his irresponsible mistakes after awhile he came back with another 2 glasses after mixing cold water with juice and adding pistachio nuts We wrote on the check claim it’s the worst avocado juice he angrily deleted it in front of us while leaving You have an amazing place but unfortunately the service is very bad and waiters behavior doesn’t match with...

I had an amazing experience at Lavender Restaurant! The food and atmosphere were wonderful, but what truly made my visit special was the exceptional service from Yassmine. She is such an honest, kind, and helpful person. From the moment I arrived, she took care of every single detail I asked for and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

Yassmine is not only incredibly professional, but also very warm and genuine a truly good human being. She’s highly organized, attentive, and made my experience unforgettable.

This is a new place that has about 4 restaurants in it. We went to the pottery cafe. The menu was horribly overpriced and the cake was stale and the ice cream tasted weird. The view was not bad, but the sun didn't really help the experience. If you are willing to spend that much to see the Nile, I suggest you do it from another place that has a better nile view, like cafés in the Nile street behind the Sheraton, Maadi korniche or the other side of Zamalek near...
