Nile View - Zamalek — Hotel in Geziret al Zamalik, Jazirat al Zamalik

Who can imagine that this fine boat hotel is still not open!!|I enjoyed very much my stay with German group of 20 who nearly cancelled their booking from Feb, 28 till Mar. 02, 2020 only because we discovered that this great boat relocated in Maddi and still not open.||Instead, boat management was thoughtful enough to arrange for an A/C brand new shuttle bus dialy!|First we thought this is only to & from the museum only. But we were mostly pleased to discover that this thoughtfulness extents to every where, any time and any numbers of time!|Thoughtfulness is reflected in staff attitude as well! We and the owner are really lucky to have this staff who LOVE the boat, love their work and care soooooo much for customer satisfaction.|I barely had the chance to order anything! They care enough to fullfil every need and any remark before you even say it!!||Nile view Zamalek (now Maadi): you made me proud, you made all the guests happy, you gave us such a wonderful experience that I want really to thank each and every one of you.|I can't believe how caring, clean and kind every one of you are!|It's not just hospitality it's true kindness & care coming from professional people who received us befoooooore getting readying and finishing innovations! But they really made a "hard to please group" ; feel home.|Can't thank you enough, we will sure be back to see you after renovations|After special entrance gate is finished.|After sundeck and covered pool are ready||Food there is unforgettable! I had the most wonderful kabsa, the best hawawshy and an amaaaazing mixed grill.|Breakfast buffet is memorable! Oh my God! What great bakery do they have!!! The correct way to advertise Nile View hotel would be. Stay in a -5 star old rundown boat watching toxic waste dumping in the river. With an old rustic black mold infested carpet and mold in sink and shower and for entertainment staff entering your room late at night. And for a bonus get sick from the food and stay on the toilet looking at the Mold in the sink and shower. And for your safety in the event of an emergency there is a dirty old mattress in the hallway that you can hide under to keep you safe from predators. This is an experience of a lifetime. You can book this exciting holiday on Nile View deceptive website. Nile View hotels advertising is very misleading. It’s not a 5 star hotel it's a nothing star disgusting filthy old rundown boat that was so bad we both got very sick from the deplorable conditions. There is black mold everywhere in the carpet on the walls in the sink on the floors this was the most disgusting rundown hotel we have ever stayed at. And even the ceiling was falling apart. We witnessed hotel employees dumping toxic waste in the Nile. This hotel should not be allowed to be open as it is a health hazard. Our stay on the dirty old boat was a nightmare. Just read the numerous negative reviews and look at actual pictures posted by myself and others that stayed at Nile View they tell the truth. And no matter what lies Nile View post it does not...

Positive : great food, room very good|Negative: we came especially for the pool and it was completely dirty, kind of green water and full of dead bugs. Not even that they bother to clean. NOTHING like the picture, witch is clear and blue. Disappointing..|They gave us an alternative (academy pool next to the hotel ) we’re people were having lessons, so no privacy. There was a swimming instructor girl that was always looking at us and judging us because we were of course in a bikini. Made us feel super uncomfortable. Only 3 people speak inglish, no one could understand us. If you are counting to see shows, it’s not gonna happen, at least in this time of year. The only good part of this experience...
