I had an unpleasant experience with the GM Mr. Amr and I didn't appreciate the way he handled the situation. I was shocked from his reaction and it kept me rethinking coming again here! Though, the place and ambiance are great, the staff are welcoming except the GM! There was an incident with my food and I asked for the manager, and he came. I expected from him to be more flexible, understanding, and to handle the situation smoothly. He was extremely offended and it is not something related to him! I didn't appreciate his reaction at all! After a while, Mr. Mohamed Abdelhady (waiter), voluntary came, as he felt that there was something going wrong. He talked to us and he was very supportive and he tried to make it up to us, He called the Assistant Manager Mr. Abdelrahman for support. Mr. Abdelrahman was very nice, understanding, and a good listener, he tried to make it up to us, in different ways. This place is super lucky to have him in this position. However, Mr. Amr came again and he apologized, but he kept on insisting that he didn't make anything wrong, that he was right and that he handled everything very well and I have to be satisfied with that! Which made things go worse again! Insisting on something wrong is not a thing that I should accept! How do you expect that I can come again after this experience ?! After this I couldn't stay any longer and I asked for chèque to leave! Side note: I don't have to be foreign visitor to be treated well at your place by the GM (only him).

To be honest, so If, there is one thing that could make me come again or my friends, this would be due to Mr. Abdelrahman. I am adding the stars of the review for the way he handled the situation after every single incident....

On August 28, I went to this restaurant with my wife to reserve a table in order to celebrate her birthday that same evening. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with great professionalism. Everything about the reservation process was simple, clear, and very well organized.

In the evening, when we returned with our guests, we were once again greeted with smiles and great courtesy. The atmosphere was truly delightful: friendly, refined, and absolutely perfect for celebrating such a special occasion as a birthday.

I would like to congratulate the entire team for their excellent organization. The service was fast, attentive, and always thoughtful, without ever being intrusive. You can really feel that the staff genuinely care about the comfort and satisfaction of their customers.

As for the food, I only have one word: delicious! The dishes were carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and above all of outstanding quality. Every bite was a pleasure, proof that the cuisine is made with passion and real expertise. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed the meal from start to finish.

I am truly extremely satisfied with this experience. This restaurant far exceeded my expectations and helped make my wife’s birthday unforgettable. Congratulations to the entire team—from the hosts to the servers and, of course, the chefs.
