Honestly, it was a very bad experience at this restaurant. The food was not fresh at all, and it tasted really bad. I’m someone who loves seafood, but we ordered shrimp and it was the worst shrimp I’ve ever had in my life. The service was also very poor and far below expectations. I do not recommend this restaurant to any tourist or visitor. It’s very expensive and not worth the price at all. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely poor the staff were inattentive, unprofessional, and seemed uninterested in helping us. It took forever to get our order taken, and even longer for the food to arrive.
When the food finally came, it was a complete disappointment. Not only was it not fresh, but the taste was terrible. I usually love seafood, but the shrimp we were served was without a doubt the worst I’ve ever had overcooked, and clearly not fresh.
What made things worse was the attitude of the staff. When we politely raised our concerns, they were dismissive and offered no apology or solution. It felt like they simply didn’t care about customer satisfaction.
To top it all off, the prices were outrageously high for such low quality in both food and service. I absolutely do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone especially not tourists. You’ll end up wasting your time, money,...

I visited here last night by myself. As I saw good reviews. However my order Sea food soup was not tasty at all. It tastes like butter and salt soup and Sea food (white fish meat , shrimp and squit) didn't taste any flavor of fish. Moreover, they charged me Shark soup instead. (It was expensive than Sea food soup). I also ordered a grilled Sea Beam. So I ended up got charged 410 Egyptian pounds. At this moment I knew the recipt says Shark soup but I wasn't really sure what was the difference between Sea food soup and Shark soup...so I thought I had Shark soup. Even though I ordered Sea food soup. I paid what the recipt says. (plus I gave tips) When I came home I checked pictures of both soup. I realized that I hadn't Shark soup. So so so disappointed that they tricked me. Mayby i am tourist? I don't recommen this restaurant for anyone who visits Luxor from...
Read moreWe were walking along Medina St to get to another restaurant when we saw this place. We had already passed the original smaller restaurant that we had used several times and recognised the name and menu. So the original meal idea went out the window and in we went. So this review is about the new LARGER restaurant, not the original small one - see te Google map and last photo It's Large! and has a wall lined with fish tanks (NOT for eating) with 3 TV screens above. Football was on so it was fairly busy & noisy. The pair of us got a booth that would have sat 12. OK - They forgot the Fish Soup! But the rest was well presented & very tasty. So we went back the next night - No football and much quieter - and by chance got the same waiter (and seats) Recognised, he again apologised and said 'Fish Soup?' - "Yes pls" It was tasty, peppery & full of meats!! Going back the 1st night we are back in Luxor...
