Tourists beware, the English menu has prices that are almost double than the Arabic menu!!!! We went as we were hungry and this was one of the few places open during Ramadan for lunch. We went in because they had an English menu also. Looking at the prices we thought it was a bit expensive but we were all hungry and went ahead and ordered. While waiting for our food we happened to read some previous reviews about the difference in prices and then looked at the Arabic menu. I can read Arabic numbers so was able to make out that the medium pizza that we ordered was more expensive than what was listed on the Arabic menu!!!! When we were presented with the bill, we asked about that and the server just smiled, and went back and brought a revised bill, which was still more than what was listed. Then they tried to explain the difference by saying it was the service charge etc. finally they brought another revised bill and it was still more expensive but finally we just gave up, paid and left. The food itself was not great, pizza was just ok. Falafel was not tasty. I would not recommend...
Read moreThe name Quick pizza doesn’t seem to be good for this place - we were waiting for our order (just one medium pizza) about half an hour. When we ordered the check was with “+5% taxes” even though its hard to find in egypt such a simple restaurant with counting taxes… The size of pizza - 100 L.E. for medium is quite expensive and at least it could be a bit bigger.. then again if its a pizza you expect some cheese on the top but as you can see there were nothing :( which just made this experience worse because in general its taste and flavour were lower then expected level.. mushrooms are completely tasteless, bitter pepper, olives from can and tomatoes… for 100 egyptian pounds…
Btw I dont think English menu has same prices as in Arabic (we read in Arabic and still i think they as all the Egyptians tried to make more profit from us as tourists). Again....
Read moreWent here to get a quick bite. Didn’t have the highest expectations but even then I was blown away by how terrible the pizza was. The cheese was undercooked and it was so greasy you could practically drink it. Easily the worst pizza i’ve ever had.
And on top of the food sucking, I ordered what was on the menu a 100 EGP pizza. Nothing else. When the bill arrived it was for 136 EGP. I asked why it was more and they said it was for the Salami on the pizza. I pointed at the menu and showed that Salami was included in the menu option for the original price. The waiter just shrugged and left. There’s really no point arguing with the scammers sometime, especially over such a small amount. But still the principle of the matter is just so dishonest and I would not recommend...
