By the sea — Restaurant in South Sinai

The location is great and the food— if it ever comes is decent but the customer service is atrocious.

The server literally whistled at me to tell my my lunch arrived— no it was only the pizza. My ravioli took another 45 minutes to come out. In the time, they didn’t offer me anything to eat, and just gave me some BS excuse about the propane. I used to be a chef and had a propane stove, it doesn’t take an hour to change.

The staff is rude and completely unhelpful; I watched a nice older woman ask for a bowl or anything to give her dog some water and they just Told her no. They didn’t even try. It’s a good location, but the poor attitude of the staff makes this place one to avoid. Laid back and chill vibe with easy access to the beach where you can do snorkeling straight from shore. The staff takes care of your belongings while you swim. You can plug your electronic devices next to the tables, and it’s easy to enjoy some time relaxing here only to realize the time flies by.

The worst experience ever the staff are so rude including the manager who insisted to sell me juice for 250 EGP as he said it’s the minimum charge however I told him I will stay for 10 minutes only to take a quick drink and I’m not hungry now to eat so he was more rude and told me take your juice take away and don’t sit here. I don’t live here and I was shocked by how rude and disrespectful the manager was. 250 AED for a juice is definitely a SCAM and a bad reputation for the place who doesn’t welcome guests...
