The most creative meals in Dahab, if not in Egypt. The food quality is incredible, using quality ingredients and presentation is one of a kind. Most importantly, I eat there 100% certain of food and staff's cleanliness. Have tried: Candied croissant with Salmon and Burrata: unique blend and surprising tastes that go incredibly well together Beetroot lentil salad: a power healthy meal that tastes wonderful and leaves you nurtured .. I can never have enough of this one. Lemon pasta: so creamy and SO light, and fits lactose intolerant people like me Rainbow Pancakes: I was lucky to catch the Christmas edition of the pancakes, which were the sweetest and healthiest treat to have.
Overall Nounette cares so much into details and you can see that from the moment you step into the place. The unique decorations, plates and cups only reflect the uniqueness of the chef behind that one of a...

The actual thing is not delivered. My friend had some bowl. Tasteless and boring. But this is nothing unusual here in Dahab, no chefs around. They want to make quick bucks with selling you the idea of something. Thats it. No one delivers quality or taste. Dahab is full of it. Many places, also here, they are trying hard to copy something they have seen on the internet. This is what it feels like. They have no idea, no...
