Lighthouse Hotel — Hotel in South Sinai

Just as described this is a small hotel within easy walking distance of the restaurants, cafes and dive centres near and alongside the bay in Dahab.||Very comfortable bed in a room with good air conditioning and nice lighting that can be operated using a remote control.||Some rooms overlook the road so there is traffic noise including the tooting of horns much of the time. This was not a problem for me and disturbed my sleep less than music and noise from cafes or restaurants would have done.||There are uninterrupted views to the mountains and also to the north of Dahab from the roof top.||The team were friendly and there was always someone around which I find reassuring. ||A simple packed breakfast was delivered in the evening with bread, yoghurt, fruit, jam, honey, butter and soft cheese. The in room fridge had plenty of room for this and to hold your drinks.||The bathroom was large and fully tiled so there was no problem using the hand held shower over the bath even though there was no curtain. Not recommended ..Very baaaad staff and bad service.. in the checkin they made me wait 2 hours to receive my room on 1pm however other guests recirved their rooms on 11am .. in the check out they through out my stuff on 11am while i wasn't in the hotel to give the room to another one and when I came back on 11:30am I found my luggage outside and I entered the room with my key I found guests inside the room .. It is rather guesthouse than "hotel", fresh and good for guesthouse. BUT 1) extrastupid 1+3 dogs nearby barking and wheening nearly all the night 2) you might solve welcome puzzle "how to get water" (answer is - open tap flush lavatory and wait one minute, that simple).
