Loca Food — Restaurant in Tallinn

My second bad review in 25+ years I have ever given to a restaurant. That says a bit about whether I tend to make little things bigger than they are or rather not. Ordered a pizza in the morning and have been sick all day long. Called the restaurant that sees no fault in their doing. Even if the restaurant doubts it, be nice and listen to the ill customer whose weekend you probably ruined. Not the brightest call to blame the customer and not willing to compensate in any other form than “come and have something else” after I have explained that I have been sick at home all day after eating their pizza and nothing else since last evening. The service was awful, when I called the restaurant - told me that they had nothing to do with it and hang up the phone. Didn’t listen nor proposed alternatives that actually fly. Courier company was much nicer about at least and at least tried to...

Okay place for a quick bite, portions are pretty big, but food quality corresponds to its price tag - don't expect restaurant level delicacies, deep fried fast food stuff, pizzas are okay too. Separate area for smoking the water pipe, no food allowed there (not that you can eat and smoke at the same time anyway). Beer is all bottled, mostly Saku, with some variety of styles to choose from (wheat, dark, lager). They use natural coal on kaloud lotus for water pipe, good choice of tobacco flavors, mostly Nakhla, you can mix and match flavors. Mine was way too harsh in the beginning, but got better in time, smoke was good, thick and nice flavor. The overall experience with this place is good enough, but not nothing outstanding to be on my top...

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and so generous! I ordered churros for me and my friend, but they were out of chocolate sauce (supposed to go on the churros usually). The guy behind the bar was extremely apologetic and gave us extra churros to 'make up' for not having any sauce that day even though we told him it wasn't even that big of a deal to us. I think you're usually supposed to get like 6 churros in one portion? When we got home and opened our churro boxes we had 10 churros in one box and 13 in the other!! Thank you so much, will never forget this and we'll definitely be back!! (The churros are absolutely addictive btw, highly recommend to everyone...
