Customer service in this store is nonexistent. I travel to Tallinn 3 times a year on business and shop a lot while there. I’ve been in this store dozens of times to shop and spent large amounts of money and have never received a thank you after purchase or only on one occasion have I been offered help. Employees just stand there looking at you looking miserable. If a store in the states had this sort as a staff it would never last. This Christmas I actually had a miserable woman get angry at me because I ask for a box for an expensive piece of crystal I purchased and then acted put out because I bought enough items that she had to bag. Tonight I went into the men’s cologne department looking to buy 3 high end fragrances for a couple clients, 2 employees stood right next to me and never said a work or ask to help. I walked over to the hair care depot and paid for a brush and not one word was exchanged. I will never shop here again. Management should be fired for creating such a miserable atmosphere for paying customers. If employees are miserable at work.. get another job. It doesn’t take any effort to even fake a smile and a hello. Good luck in this global world. I was a little shocked by an interaction from a woman working there today (may 8th 2025) I was looking at the nail polish. Some were testers this one was not, I was aware I was holding the bottle and looking inside because the package was different so maybe it looked like I was trying to open it. A woman working came rushing over ( short white hair with pink glasses) I was on the phone and she said “it’s not a tester!!” And I started to explain “no I know I was trying to see what it is.” And she keeps repeating “no do NOT open, not a tester!!!!” “Does it say tester? No do NOT OPEN!!”

In such an aggressive way even my dad on the phone was shocked. I have done a lot of shopping here and never had issues, we all have bad days but I was really surprised how I was being treating like a criminal or something, hopefully she was just having a bad day but really felt bad and ended up leaving without getting the polish I went...

Good choice in the Beauty Department. Still in 41 years I have never been treated so badly and unfriendly like last Saturday when I was buying a 30ml perfume for 118 EUR (Creed Original Vetiver)! I am totally not into special treatment, but there was no help (had to decide between 3 fragrances on myself) and no friendly word at all (there have been 10 associates standing around with bored faces). Not to talk about smiles! After I decided to buy something the Sales Representative suddenly appeared out of nowhere, packed my 30ml perfume for 120 EUR in a disgusting plastic bag with no samples (which is not the issue).
