Grill ja Pruul Vanalinn — Restaurant in Tallinn

Note: There is a “Fritas” shop on the main road. I did not ask, but I think it’s a separate restaurant. The one we visited is under it. You have to go around the corner to the car park.

We ordered 3 burgers (rated best to worst) 5 stars : Grill & Prull Special Burger This was a really well balanced burger. The meat was cooked medium well and everything tasted fresh. Highly recommend

4.5 stars: Chicken burger The chicken patty seemed to be a frozen one they deep fried, rather than a freshly fried chicken fillet. But it was good quality and we still enjoyed the burger. A good alternative if you don’t want beef.

3 stars: Chili Burger “Spiciness” is relative, and I feel have a moderate tolerance. But there was way too much sauce on this burger that made it unedible. We had removed top bun / about 75% of the sauce. Given “Chili” isn’t really part of European cuisine, I am not sure how any locals would be able to handle this burger with the amount of sauce they put on.

4.5 stars: Fries. Quite nice, probably frozen but done well and went well with burger

Service: we had take away. A bit of a wait but they were busy with a lot of delivery orders as we could see all the chefs...

Went with my pa, decided to have the special burger deal with beers and fries, wasn't too expensive.

The place from the first sight wasn't all too special, but it looked nice. My pa had to wear a blanket inside, because the place felt cold,but luckily they had it covered. Everything was clean, so that kept our mind at ease.

Customer service was good overall. They spoke good English, and the lad on the counter was wearing a hat covering his hair, which my pa appreciated.

We got the burgers quite fast, and just by a quick look we knew effort was put. The first bite was even better. We had never experienced a better burger in our recent memory. Fantastic. Sublime. Absolutely f#cking delicious.

The mayo and the fries were brilliant also. The mayo was one of the best ones I've ever tasted. The fries were terrific, like homemade and had just the right amount of salt. My pa said that he had never eaten better fries in his life.

In all, fantastic food, great beer. My pa said to turn the thermostat on a bit more on cold cloudy days, but other than that:...

Superb!!!! They definitely have their very own fries recipe to make it so crispy and tasty (even though its delivered by BOLT FOOD which took more time until its e 2arrived tmy mouth)

The ingredients are so fresh, prawn salad really tasty with the combination of Japanese rice balls with sesame + fresh salad.

Chilis Burger is so tasty with the spicy kick and makes me keep craving for more..and more..yummmm

Im not a fan to goat cheese but my bf said its really a good one.

Naked burger also another must try dish. Very well combination.

Prawn burger no doubt..its AWESOME too.

Grill n Pruul Special burger just a normal burger but yes its still with great ingredients.

Overall, good job team! Keep it up and maintain your quality.
