I had dinner at Madame So and was greeted warmly by Sela, who was a wonderful waiter and made the evening feel special from the start. Coming from Orange County, California, the flavors here felt both familiar and exciting, with unique touches that made the dishes stand out.
To start, I had the spring roll appetizers, which were fresh, crisp, and perfectly seasoned. For the main dishes, I ordered the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio and the Banh Xeo—both excellent, bursting with authentic Vietnamese flavor and prepared with real care. The manager and chef are Vietnamese, and you can truly taste the tradition and passion in their cooking.
The cocktails were just as impressive. I tried the Buddha Tea and the Grapefruit Tea, both refreshing and well-balanced, pairing beautifully with the meal.
For dessert, I finished with the crème coffee flan, which was rich, silky, and the perfect ending to a memorable dinner.
Overall, the service was attentive, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere made for an unforgettable evening. A must-visit if you’re in Fiji and craving incredible Vietnamese cuisine!

Service was great with very attentive staff. As every Fijian, they were super good and awesome with kids.
There is standard food for kids, so that can easy eat anything.
We ordered an entre and two mains plus kids food. Our food was exquisite, with an awesome combination of tastes and colours.
We were lucky enough to meet the chef who was very humble to receive our compliments.

The only thing I didn't like is the lighting was too bright giving it a cafeteria feel just a little bit dimmer lighting at night would have given it a softer more elegant atmosphere. I also was not a fan of them not bringing serving spoons when they bring out the communal dishes and made it very hard to get things like...
