McDonald's Helsinki Kamppi — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

It's ok really. An overcontinent fastfood burger joint that is one of the best known brands in the world. Service here is McService but McFinnish twist so don't expect Sir or Ma'am here.

Need to visit here at 3am? No problem. This establishment is always open - though the night-time menu might be a bit disappointing because you can't order everything then.

In Finland you can sometimes find unique variety which is only available in this country. In case you're afraid of choosing something new there are those regular choices still available here so don't worry.

Toilets are at the second floor. You need to have a 4 digit code for toilets - there's a toilet code in your receipt so recommend to take it with you.

Overall opinion: It's quite big. It's always open. It's sometimes a bit crowded. Sometimes a bit dirty because certain groups of customers tend lack the ability to carry their own trashes to the carbage bins - and there's plenty of those here. This establishment is really well located just next to heavy traffic conjunction of Kamppi.

Want an ok burger joint experience but are afraid of visiting a new place? Then this is your goto...

Ordered a gluten free burger, when it arrived it felt like it just came out of a cooler. We went back with it and were told by the manager on duty the breads didnt come out of any cooler but just loose their heat quicker than regular burgers and were send away. I started to doubt myself if it was really that cold because it was warming up (which doesnt make sense with the it cools quick argument) Back at the table i took the bun off to just eat the burger without the bread but then I discovered the bun was literally no warmer than something that just came out of a fridge. When we went back we had to force the manager on duty to put her finger on the bun to feel how cold it was and with a cold face (like the bread) she said theyll make a new one, but basically only because we kept complaining. When it was ready she gave it to us looking so so so angry, which we really dont understand and are really sad about.

(besides all this i requested no mustard but got mustard on the first bun anyway, luckily not...

Regular McDonald's food. However, beware of this particular restaurant. Since it has a central location, its staff is processing high number of orders. Eating in the restaurant is fine. However, all your "joys" begin when you order your food for takeaway. Especially, if your order exceeds two standard meals. Often missing items even the main meal, like a sandwich or nuggets, falling apart sandwiches, squeezing of three sandwiches into a single paper bag, which is impossible to close properly, a chocolate cookie simply thrown on the bottom of your shopping bag with all the other food bags ontop of it, a doughnat in the bag without any protection, pouring its sugar all around your other bags and drinks just to name a few... It seems that the restaurant's staff is lacking any...
