The Pork buns were a great starter, the pork itself was tender and flavorful without being too fatty and a few fresh mint leaves in there really set these off. The only tiny thing is - they look great with the sauce over them, but I would usually want to pick up and eat Bao style buns with my hands. The beef pho looked great (sorry messed that up with some extra hoisen sauce before taking the picture) but it matched the look with deep flavour and was very filling. Juicy, flavorful, tender grilled pork is paired with fresh salad including fresh herb & pickled veg. The dipping sauce did not have a very strong fish sauce flavor (which I like) and the rice noodle (bún) was cut into edible chunks already for the people who can´t use chopsticks.
